- Bizrahmed reserve the right to cancel/refuse the services in case of any illegal activity performed via an online payment gateway.
- A cancellation request must be filed within 7 days from the payment date and will be accepted by calling our toll-free number 800 24 97 24 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If the request is approved, then the refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original mode of payment within 15-20 days.
- If the appointment or services are canceled or postponed by the doctor due to any reason, we will contact you, and you may reschedule the appointment at your convenience or call our toll-free number.
- Please note that all refunds, where applicable, will be done using the same payment method used for payment of the services. Please note that the time taken to process refunds into credit or debit cards is outside our control, and thus you are to communicate directly with your card issuer or bank.
- The refund process will be initiated once after confirmation that services have not been provided to the applicant. Refund claims receive from the applicant will be processed after approval from the competent authority.
- The amount to be refunded for returned items will not be inclusive of discounts/coupons; thus, you will be refunded only for the amount you were charged for the purchases.
- All Bank processing charges of credit card/ software vendor in the event of the refund due to cancellation of consultation/service etc., by a patient will be deducted from the refund of the payee.
